Emailing with Veretekk. Comparing apples to apples. First there was Veremail. It was created back in 1996 before Aweber or Getresponse were even on the drawing board. Veremail was created because we built the first autoresponder system that was connected to the infamous FFA sites. You old timers know what I am talking about.
To summarize the birth of Veremail, our FFAfarm system would send a series of 7 autoresponders to anyone that submitted to our FFA system back in 1996. Remember this was back in 1996.
Then the complaints started and we got shut down. Julian Height from SpamCop explained to me the nature of email abuse and that all emails needed to be double opted in and verified. That meant our FFA submission system with 7 autoresponders was in violation of good email practices.
Veremail was born. We understood the abuse and immediately built Veremail so all email that was submitted into our system was sent a verification double opt-in, non-commercial email to validate that the owner of that email understood that their email was being used to submit, subscribe or join one of our services.
We took this one step further and kept a database of all validations, IP addresses, times and dates, what service and or site they had submitted to that they had received the email and clicked the link. All of this is saved in a large database that is searchable.
Simply searching an email address will give you the full history of all the different services that have been subscribed to.

This verification process was completed by 1997 and we engaged this system into everything Veretekk does. Veremail became the first double opt-in, customizable mailing system and was incorporated into Veretekk.
With Veremail you could do everything the other mailing systems were just starting to build and release. Veremail actually gives you more features and more value than all the other email services out there.
POP account
With Veremail you get your own email address and POP account. This is very important to understand why having your own email address and POP account with your emailing service is essential. Foremost, it creates continuity when the email address and domain are associated with the mail server IP address and domain. This is required for email delivery using domain keys, which we use. Having a Gmail, Yahoo, AOL or other third party return email address tends to make your email look spammy.
With Veretekk there is no threat of ever being accused of spam either. When you use a third party email address with the other services, you run the very real risk of losing that email account when they receive spam complaints (legitimate or not). This is not the case with Veretekk.
Here is a sample from an autoresponder company's TOS. I have noted in there terms in red how much at risk you really are with the other email services. This policy is standard with every autoresponder company I have researched except for one, Veretekk.
If we receive a complaint from any business or individual we will suspend your Email account immediately and without prior notice. At that point, the complaint will be immediately researched to determine its validity. If the member is found to be in violation of our policies, we will terminate the account immediately and without warning. If the complaint is found to be invalid, the member's access will be reinstated immediately.

A few years back, I had a lead that accused me of sending SPAM emails from my Veretekk system. That was until I contacted Tom Prendergast, the CEO of Veretekk. I asked him if there was a way to check if this lead had filled out a form on one of the traffic portals, and if he had verified his email address.
Sure enough, this person had verified his email address which entered his email into the system. It may have been someone that had access to his email account, but someone clicked on the link that comes in the verification email. This doesn't happen by chance.
The only way I was able to verify this information, and calm this person down, was through Tom, and the information that's in his database records. I have never seen a system, anywhere on the Internet, that takes pride in their NO SPAM email status. You will never find SPAM emails coming from Veretekk.
Oh, by the way, it is easy to remove your email address from their database, all you have to do is click (that's a left mouse click) on the the link at the bottom of the email you receive from the system.
